just so you'd know: the vandals have finally caved in (see my previous post on art): a few of the plastic windows have holes now
a few others have condensation fluid trapped inside them; humidity has done it's job as well

apparently there's nothing they can do to fix them. apart from a bad taste in art (paid with my tax money), the city council also has a useless building contractor (paid with my tax money), which they will now sue (probably with the help of an equally useless lawyer, paid with my tax money).
